CNC turning
CNC metal turning in Kazakhstan. We manufacture shafts, bushings, axles, flanges, fittings, and threaded joints from drawings and 3D models. Any metal: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, titanium, etc. One-off and batch production.

Materials for CNC turning
We turn structural steels (St3, St45, 40X, 09G2S), tool steels (U8A, X12MF, KhVG), stainless grades (12X18N10T, AISI 304/316), non-ferrous alloys (D16T, AlMg5, brass LS59-1, bronze BrAZh9-4), titanium, copper, and engineering plastics. For each material we select the right cutting parameters, tooling, and coolant — these directly affect surface finish and tool life. When needed we supply stock from our warehouse or source it on request, with no separate markup line on the invoice.
Accuracy and quality control
On CNC machines we hold IT7-IT8 tolerances without additional finishing, with surface roughness down to Ra 0.8. For precision tasks (gearbox shafts, hydraulic cylinder rods, drive axles) we apply finishing passes at minimal feed rates or grinding. Inspection uses class 1 micrometers, digital calipers, bore gauges, and thread gauges. Every batch is sampled or 100% inspected on customer request, with a part passport issued on completion.
Typical parts
We most frequently turn shafts (stepped, threaded, with keyways), bushings and sleeves, fittings and adapters, flanges, axles, transition couplings, non-standard nuts and studs, and threaded joints in metric, pipe, trapezoidal, and buttress thread profiles. Long shafts are produced with a steady rest — up to 2,000 mm. Serial batches are optimized for mass production: a single machine outputs 200-300 simple parts per shift.
Who orders turning services
Customers from mining (parts for crushers, conveyors, pumps), oil and gas (flanges, fittings, pressure adapters), machine building (gearbox, drive, and hydraulic components), agriculture (shafts, bearing assemblies), and food industry (stainless fittings to sanitary requirements). We work with major industrial enterprises across Kazakhstan as well as private repair orders from workshops and service stations.

Frequently asked questions
What materials do you turn?+
We turn all structural and tool steels, stainless grades (AISI 304, 316, 12X18N10T), aluminum alloys (D16, AlMg, 6061), brass, bronze, titanium, copper, and engineering plastics (caprolon, PTFE). If you have a non-standard material, send us the grade and we will confirm.
What CNC accuracy do you guarantee?+
On CNC machines we hold tolerances down to 0.01 mm on diameters and linear dimensions. Surface roughness is Ra 0.8 without additional finishing. For tighter tolerances we apply grinding or polishing — agreed during the quote stage.
What is the minimum batch size for turning?+
We accept even single-part orders. Unit cost is higher due to setup, but it is justified for repair and prototype work. Serial orders (50+ pcs) are quoted at batch pricing, which is significantly lower.
Can I order a part without a drawing?+
Yes. We accept sketches, sample photos, and 3D models (STEP, IGES, X_T). If needed we will produce the drawing ourselves or measure your sample if you bring it to our workshop in Ridder (East Kazakhstan Region).
What are the lead times?+
Standard parts — from 1-3 working days. Complex assemblies and serial batches — from 5 to 15 working days. Exact timing depends on shop load and complexity, and is confirmed at quoting, usually within 1-2 hours of receiving the drawing.
Do you work with long shafts?+
Yes, we turn shafts up to 2,000 mm long. For parts beyond this range we confirm technical feasibility separately — in some cases through partner facilities.
