What we manufacture
Building and structure frames (industrial hangars, workshops, canopies, warehouse buildings), floor trusses, service platforms and walkways, steel stairs (including fire and emergency escape stairs), railings and guardrails, frames and sub-frames for industrial equipment, supports for pipelines and cable trays, hoppers, tanks, and reservoirs for bulk and liquid storage, conveyors, screw feeders, transporters, masts, and lighting poles.
Production technology
Full cycle in a single shop: metal cutting (plasma and laser cutting from DXF), bending and forming on a press brake, drilling and milling of mating surfaces, welding of subassemblies and full assembly. Welds are produced to customer drawings or to GOST and SNiP regulatory requirements. We inspect the geometry of each subassembly before final assembly. For large structures we build assembly fixtures that ensure repeatable geometry across the series.
Protective coatings
Primer (GF-021, KhS-068, epoxy) and topcoat — powder coating or liquid paint in any RAL color. For aggressive environments we apply coating systems with a guaranteed service life of 10-25 years. On request — corrosion protection systems for marine and chemically aggressive environments using polyurethane or epoxy enamels.
Delivery and installation
Delivery by our own transport across the East Kazakhstan Region (Ridder, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey). To other regions we ship via freight carriers to Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Pavlodar, Taraz, and other cities. Installation is performed by our own crews or jointly with the customer's contractor — depending on the site. We have experience installing industrial facilities across most regions of Kazakhstan. Installation schedules are coordinated with the customer's production cycle.

What types of steel structures do you fabricate?+
Frames for buildings and canopies, trusses, service platforms, stairs, railings, guardrails, equipment frames, supports, beams, hoppers, tanks, reservoirs, conveyors, screw feeders, transporters, hangars — virtually any welded structure to drawings.
Do you offer design services?+
Yes, we develop working drawings from a technical brief. If you only have a sketch or concept, our designer will produce KMD documentation with load calculations and specifications. We also accept ready projects — DWG, PDF, KM/KMD.
Do you handle painting?+
Yes. We prime and paint in-house — powder or liquid paint in any RAL color. For aggressive environments we select coating systems with a guaranteed service life of 10-25 years (polyurethane, epoxy enamels). We do not offer hot-dip galvanizing.
Can you arrange delivery and installation?+
Yes, we organize delivery across the East Kazakhstan Region (Ridder, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey) with our own transport, and across the rest of Kazakhstan via freight carriers. Installation is performed by our own crews or jointly with your team — depending on the site.
Do you work across all of Kazakhstan?+
Yes. We fabricate steel structures and ship to customers in Astana, Shymkent, Karaganda, Atyrau, Aktobe, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, and other cities. For large-scale jobs we send installation crews to any region.
What are the lead times?+
Simple structures (frames, railings, stairs) — from 5 to 15 working days. Complex projects (industrial frames, hangars, hoppers) — from 3 to 8 weeks. Exact timing is confirmed after reviewing drawings and finalizing the steel specification.
