CNC milling
CNC metal milling in Kazakhstan. We make housings, brackets, plates, dies, and gears from drawings and 3D models. Any metal: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, bronze, etc. Work on 3- and 5-axis machines with accuracy down to 0.01 mm — one-off and batch production.
What we do
- Complex-geometry parts
- Milling from drawings and 3D models
- Surfaces, slots, holes, threads
- Brackets, housings, plates
- Series and one-off production
- High precision and surface quality
Equipment used
- CNC milling machines
- Vertical machining centers
- Universal milling machines
Materials for CNC milling
We mill steels of any grade (from St3 and 09G2S up to tool steels X12MF and KhVG), stainless steel (AISI 304, 316, 12X18N10T), non-ferrous alloys (aluminum D16T, duralumin, AlMg5, brass, bronze), titanium, and engineering plastics. For aluminum we use TiAlN-coated carbide tooling, for stainless steel we apply abundant coolant strategies, and for titanium we use low-feed strategies to control chip formation. We accept blanks from the customer or supply them ourselves: forgings, bar stock, sheet material.
Accuracy and operations
On CNC machining centers we hold linear dimensions to ±0.02 mm and bore tolerances to H7. We perform face milling, contour machining from 3D models, slot and pocket milling, coordinate drilling and boring, thread tapping and single-point thread cutting, engraving, and 3D surface machining. For higher accuracy we apply finishing passes at minimal feed rates and inspection on a coordinate measuring machine.
Typical parts
Brackets and mounting plates, gearbox and pump housings, plates and shims, profile guides, spur and helical gears, cams and eccentrics, dies and assembly jigs, production tooling, electrical enclosures, heat exchangers, pneumatic and hydraulic system components. We accept both single prototype parts and serial batches up to 1,000 units per month.
Applications
Machine building, metallurgy, petrochemicals, food processing, medical equipment (stainless components), production of machine tooling, non-standard assemblies for mining equipment. We frequently produce replacements for imported parts when the original is unavailable or expensive: we measure the sample, rebuild the 3D model, and reproduce the geometry to tolerances no worse than the original.

Frequently asked questions
What materials do you mill?+
We mill steels of any grade (from St3 to 40X13), stainless steel, aluminum, duralumin, titanium, copper, brass, bronze, as well as engineering plastics — caprolon, POM, textolite, PTFE.
What part sizes can you machine?+
On CNC machining centers — up to 1,000 × 800 × 800 mm in a single setup. Larger parts are machined with re-clamping or on universal machines. For exact size limits, send us the drawing and we will recommend a machine.
What accuracy does your fleet provide?+
Linear dimensions — to ±0.02 mm, bores — to H7, surface roughness — to Ra 1.6 without additional finishing. For precision tasks (dies, jigs) we apply repeat passes and CMM inspection.
Do you offer 5-axis machining?+
Yes. We run both 3-axis CNC machines and a 5-axis machining center — complex geometry (impellers, aerodynamic profiles, dies) is handled in-house, no outsourcing. We select the optimal machine for each job — send your drawing or 3D model and we'll quote it.
What drawing formats do you accept?+
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), Parasolid (.x_t), SolidWorks (.sldprt). If you have a 2D drawing with complex geometry, our process engineer will translate it into a CNC program.
Can I order a single part?+
Yes, we mill single parts — frequently needed for prototypes and repair work. Serial batches (20+ pcs) are quoted at reduced unit price thanks to optimized programs and fixturing.
